e-Raving Fans™ is a web based service that helps you capture, control and share validated customer reviews on your shop’s website, Facebook page and other internet sites. This new service will help you improve customer referrals, retention, closing ratios, web site traffic, and insurance relationships.

Customer referrals have always been an important part of a shop’s business and marketing strategy. Prior to the Internet, social media and other digital media, auto body shops would collect and post letters, post cards, and other customer comments, referrals and recommendations in their lobby.

In today’s world your auto body shop has multiple lobbies, your physical lobby as well as multiple on-line lobbies. Your shop’s on-line lobbies includes your website, Facebook page and any other internet sites consumers visit to determine if they want to have their vehicle repaired at your shop. The new e-Raving Fans™ service has been designed to your shop collect, control and share positive customer reviews, referrals and comments in your on-line lobbies.”

The e-Raving Fans™ service uses automated emails, text messages, a shop’s web page, smart phones, tablets and other devices to capture reviews, referrals and comments from consumers that have had their vehicle repaired at the shop. As soon as the consumer completes a survey or review request the shop is notified via an automated email. The shop can view the responses immediately on a PC, laptop, smart phone, or tablet PC, and then select one or more comments which are then posted to their website, Facebook page and other internet sites.
